Lynn Adamson has over
25 years experience in a variety of business disciplines including
Finance, Operations, IT and Learning and Organisational Development.
Although she has worked largely in the private sector in Information
Technology, Banking and Manufacturing, during her early career Lynn
gained three years experience in the Public sector.
Starting her career with
Barclays Foreign Branches Lynn quickly progressed into first line
management, further consolidated her people management skills during
her time at the Inland Revenue. Subsequently moving into the IT
industry, Lynn broadened her experience in fast growing and fast
changing organisations such as Vodafone, Mannesmann Tally and Hewlett-Packard.
Her first experience in Learning and Organisational Development
was gained during her time at Hewlett-Packard; this was at a time
when the company was viewed as being at the vanguard of the discipline.

During the last 14 years
she has been instrumental to building Hunter Kane, and as a creative
but pragmatic innovator has designed and delivered a suite of highly
successful programmes in individual, team and organisation performance,
including a leading edge Personal Development and Career Management
programme as well as innovative Coaching programmes.
