Programme Style
The emphasis is on practical and pragmatic support,
with professional management from Hunter Kane consultants to maintain
drive and motivation for every individual. We provide all the information,
materials, databases and administrative back up required to find
a new career. Review meetings are held with each individual to
ensure progress.
The fundamental philosophy of the programme
is 'management by objectives', where we jointly agree a programme
of activity and then measure progress towards the agreed goals.
Our primary goal is to work with individuals
and to get to know and understand each person in order to ensure
that everyone achieves their own goals in finding a new career direction.
